Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and display name from that provider.
• Content you create: memes you upload, chat messages you post, and streak predictions you submit.
• Device push token: a device-specific identifier used only to deliver the game notifications you've opted into. It's tied to your account, not to you personally.
• Purchase status: whether you've unlocked the one-time premium purchase. Payment itself (card details, billing address) is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see or store that information.
• Moderation data: reports you file against other users' content, and your personal block list.

How We Use It

Strictly to run the app: authenticating you, displaying your posts and display name to other users, delivering push notifications you've enabled, unlocking purchased features, and moderating reported content. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Third-Party Services We Use

Anti Pack is built on Google's Firebase platform. The services below process data on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging (Google) — account sign-in, data storage, and push delivery.
• Google Cloud Vision — automatically screens uploaded meme images for unsafe content before they're approved.
• Google Vertex AI — generates the auto-written commentary shown on public news articles in the feed. This only processes article text, never your personal data.
• Apple and Google — handle sign-in and all payment processing for the in-app purchase.

Anti Pack contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking libraries.

Children's Privacy

Anti Pack is not directed at children, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app. This removes your profile, block list, and favorites, and revokes your sign-in. Memes and chat messages you've already posted remain visible to the community after deletion, the same way they would on most public forums — delete anything you'd rather remove individually before closing your account.

Security

We use Firebase's built-in access controls to restrict who can read or write your data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
